More tongues-out photos.
Snootmaster General, reporting for duty.
Everybody run to the creek!
Hey! Throw the stick!
Can’t find it. You still have it, don’t you?!
Creek stick fetching.
Throw the stick! THROW IT! THROWITNOW!
Sigh. A very typical Lumen superman leap…
One happy Mal and one Lumen trying to get up to speed…
Two dogs rounding the bend…!
She love-love-loves the 2-ball game. It’s become one of our favourite recall rewards.
Blurry, yes, but HOVER DOG
PUDDLE SPLASH FLYING DOG!!!
I just love Mallei’s face on this one.
We had a fair bit of this view… though not as much as I’ve been having lately.
I don’t think Mal intended to end up in the mud. He’s looking quite concerned.
Two happy running dogs.
This girl certainly doesn’t mind getting muddy.
CRAZY EYES.
I just really like Lumen’s crazed face in these photos.
Look at her crazy.
Go go go!!!
Look at the intensity!
More full speed running!!!
I seem to have about 15 photos of our dogs poking their tongues out at me from this trip.
…. sigh. Really?
So I took this photo to show how horrible and muddy my dogs are…
And then Lumen trundled up to me looking like this.
A typical Lumen-bounce.
Just cute
I like how she kicks her butt up into the air when fetching a stick in water.
Sweet sweet Mal.
Two dogs on a log
This Sunday we went for a very last minute little walk up in some state forest/pine forest. We only went for just over an hour and a lot of that was spent playing the 2-ball game with Lumen for doing good recalls or whatever… But anyway. I’ve been giving my camera one last chance to impress me with its ability to take action shots of the dogs before I call it quits and get a different one… it did ok, probably needed the other lens because a lot of the photos were very dark (lightened them up in Lightroom) but at lease they seem to be in focus… except when I didn’t have it on that mode but that makes sense.
There’s possibly some more adventuring to be done up in this area, though I’m not entirely convinced. Might be too many dirt bikes and 4WDs and not enough little secret tracks for us.
One thought on “a mini-adventure (basically just lots of photos of my dogs running)”
