Adventuring photos again! Heaps and heaps of off-trail walking this weekend… I love how when you’re off trail you find cool things like big rock formations and logs that go across creeks for you to cross, and little secluded spots by a river to eat lunch.
Lu has a very odd way of carrying things (inc. sticks and dead things) – with her front teeth, like she’s kind of grossed out but wants to be carrying them
One happy adventuring dog (much happier than the day before at the dog show)
Pan struggles to climb up a rock while Badger looks on.
Mal looking a lot like Mal (very typical Mal expression there)
How we hike…

Very serious looking Lu.
Pan, with a face that suggests she is going to murder Lu when she gets back for stealing her stick.
Barking in Badger’s ear.
GET OUT OF MY WAY BADGER, STICK ALERT!
Stick race (water was ICY, by the way)

All of us! Just before this photo was a hilarious moment where Badger had stepped into the trickle of the stream, and the rocks were very slippery, and in slow-motion he began to slide, like he was on ice, down the rocks toward the edge of the little cliff there, while we looked on calling “BADGER!!!! BADGER!”
Dogs by the falls. We have named them “Grand Falls” for obvious reasons.
Lu says: Um…. I’m not going over that giant crevasse and near the edge of the cliff, you moron.
WOAH RUNNING NEAR THE EDGE…!
Good boy, Mal.
Lumen says no.
